Other Responsibilities include:
· Track assigned projects from planning, and execution, to closeout.
· Develop proposals, quotations, and tenders for inquiries and negotiating terms.
· Develop articles, newsletters, and other related content required for marketing of company projects.
· Meet with potential and existing partners to increase opportunities to engage in all company projects.
· Oversee marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new partners.
· Conduct thorough market research, while identifying new opportunities and activities to deliver innovative projects.
· Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers as applicable.
· Analyze assigned projects’ success and prepare reports.
· Perform other duties that may be required.

Requirements and Skills:
· Proven experience in Project Management and Business Development.
· Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for events.
· Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office, and other project management tools.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
· Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
· Success-driven.
· Customer-service orientation.

Education:
· Minimum of BSc/BA in a Health Discipline, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
· Experience working in the health research or life science industry is an added advantage.
· Certification in Project Management is desirable.
Working Conditions:
· Office-based, with occasional travel for client meetings and company events.
· Full-time, with flexibility for occasional extended hours to meet business goals.
· Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and travel as required.
