A clinical research leader, trainer, mentor and capacity-building advocate, Dr Bicky has dedicated her career to strengthening Africa’s ability to conduct high-quality clinical research.
As the Founder and Lead Trainer of Afrileadtech School of Clinical Research and Founder & Director of Research Operations at Khomanani Health Research & Wellness Centre in Limpopo, South Africa, she brings together years of experience in clinical research operations, project management, regulatory and ethics processes, quality management, training and workforce development.
But her work goes beyond titles and credentials.
Through AfriLeadTech, Dr Bicky is helping bridge the gap between what clinical research professionals learn and what they actually need to know to thrive in real-world trial environments. From GCP and regulatory submissions to clinical study management, quality management and project management, her work is focused on building professionals who are equipped to do the work, not just understand the theory.
Her commitment to mentorship and workforce development has also led to initiatives supporting graduates, emerging professionals and clinical research talent across Africa.
Now, she is bringing that experience to PI Forum 2026.
